At Herfond, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

Return Policy

  • 30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
  • Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

To exchange an item, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
